Responsibilities

• Drive sales and team performance by coaching staff and managing payroll, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Create weekly schedules and assign daily tasks with guidance from leadership.
• Make hiring and promotion decisions with input from supervisors.
• Lead and inspire the team while enforcing company policies and standards.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and maintain an inviting store layout.
