Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to grow and develop a diverse team while delivering a premium retail experience. You will coach in real time, drive performance, and lead with a people-first mindset, balancing product passion with operational excellence.

Collaboration with HQ will be essential to elevate service, maintain brand standards, and inspire both staff and customers. You will manage floor operations, visualize merchandising, and own profitability metrics, including labor and inventory,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, move around, and be accessible to customers for 100% of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Does not want to be an influencer.
• Full Time availability: evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, ensuring every Team Member creates a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching the team in real time and maintaining a high-energy, authentic store culture.
• Embed mission and values into the store experience and educate Team Members on brand and product expertise.
• Maintain strong floor presence, oversee daily operations, visual execution, and merchandising standards.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity; analyze trends and adjust strategies.
• Lead through impact, make quality decisions, and manage schedules to optimize performance.
