SKIMS stores in Tysons, VA seek a Store Leader to drive a high-energy, refined retail experience. You will coach in real time, develop talent, and set the tone for performance while collaborating with the HQ team to align on strategy.

You will hire and retain top talent, manage store operations, P&L, inventory, and productivity with a people-first mindset. Flexibility, sharp product focus, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 40 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset to deliver welcoming, inclusive, and personalized guest experiences.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching the team in real time and maintaining floor presence.
• Educate and coach Team Members on the SKIMS brand, products, and store standards.
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, replenishment, and merchandising with attention to detail.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Lead with impact, make quality decisions, and develop schedules to optimize performance.
• Foster a culture of curiosity, feedback, and continuous improvement.
