Qualifications

• Passion for the Urban Outfitters brand and customer experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in store leadership or equivalent supervisory role.
• Proven track record in merchandising and driving financial results.
• Experience developing and coaching store talent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive a service culture and enhance customer interactions with insights from feedback.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to create an engaging store experience.
• Deliver seamless omni-channel shopping through MPOS, POS, and curbside/pickup.
• Lead floor service, guide teams, and prioritize customer experience to meet goals.
• Onboard new hires thoughtfully and provide timely development feedback.
• Support recruiting and retention for a diverse, engaged team.
• Assist daily opening/closing and operational tasks with store partners.
• Ensure shipments, restocking, and product placement uphold visual standards.
• Commit to safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
