Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive service culture and omni-channel experience with the customer in mind.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing development of team members; provide timely feedback.
• Support Store Manager with recruiting and retention of a diverse, engaged team.
• Participate in daily opening/closing procedures and other store operations.
• Collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and maintaining visual standards.
• Communicate brand messaging and product knowledge to the team.
