Qualifications

• Loves the FP brand and represents it in-store.
• At least 1 year of store leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborates with team to drive sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador and partners with leadership to create engaging visuals for FP customers.
• Drive selling initiatives and build lasting customer relationships through personalized service.
• Ensure omni-channel experiences using MPOS/POS and customer service apps.
• Lead, coach, and onboard team members to hit store goals and standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations to maintain efficiency.
• Foster open communication and a collaborative selling environment.
