Qualifications

• 4 years+ experience leading associates in a large retail environment (> $20M annual sales).
• 5 years+ experience in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience using customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service.
• Monitor store plans, profitability, and flow-through of programs.
• Champion asset protection and safety improvements.
• Lead overall store operations including expenses, merchandising, compliance, safety, and workforce.
• Partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe’s strategy.
• Build a store culture aligned with Lowe’s mission and employer brand.
• Recruit and develop talent; address store needs and drive sales and service strategies.
