Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Glendale, AZ team. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line driven store that is profitable and productive. You will inspire others by modeling core value behaviors and ensuring execution of KPIs.

You will coach sales associates, maintain store standards, and prioritize tasks to drive efficiency while upholding policies, safety practices, and brand standards.
