Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Store Manager in Chandler, AZ to lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store and to own in-store presentation and operations. The role requires coaching the Management and Associate teams to align with PacSun’s strategies and goals while delivering a rewarding associate experience and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, driving sales, maintaining stock and visual standards, and executing digital strategies like ship-from-store and BOPIS

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures to resolve customer and associate issues.
• Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary).
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product knowledge by training teams using education tools.
• Supports and executes product, visual and marketing directives while maintaining standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and stockroom to maximize the customer experience.
• Anticipates customer needs and ensures satisfaction with prompt solutions.
• Coaches the management and associate teams to align with company strategies and goals.
• Drives digital sales strategies such as ship from store and BOPIS within the store.
• Communicates feedback to District or Market Manager to grow the business.
