Job summary

Pacsun, a leading lifestyle brand, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in a customer-centric, sales-driven environment. You will help lead a profitable, productive store and motivate team members to uphold brand standards, deliver great experiences, and meet KPIs.

This part-time role requires passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to learn product trends while maintaining store operations and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset and ensures team delivers an engaging customer experience.
• Performs floor supervisor duties and covers non-peak periods.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate performance.
• Supports associate engagement and recognizes outstanding performance.
• Provides direction to associates to ensure understanding of company standards.
• Prioritizes tasks to meet operational needs and drives store efficiency.
• Maintains merchandise flow, presentation, and stockroom organization.
