Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving a customer-focused, top-line sales driven operation. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure procedures and standards are followed to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will contribute to team development, maintain visual merchandising, and help manage daily store operations to maximize profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications and math abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-focused mindset and ensure the team delivers an engaging customer experience.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store to maximize the customer experience.
• Provide feedback from customers to leadership to improve service quality.
• Perform floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods as needed.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates to improve performance.
• Lead by example and uphold store policies and brand standards.
• Support and execute visual directives and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
