Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Los Angeles to assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven store. You will motivate staff, ensure policies are followed, and help achieve KPIs while maintaining store standards and visual directives.

The role emphasizes coaching, driving store performance, and delivering an authentic customer experience across shifts, with a focus on teamwork and brand at the core.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset and ensures team delivers an engaging customer experience.
• Handles customer situations per policy, aims to solve for yes.
• Maintains a clean, safe store environment to maximize customer experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate performance.
• Drives efficiency in all store processes.
