Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Store Manager to cultivate a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store. Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing in-store presentation and operations.

The ideal candidate has strong fashion and trend knowledge, plus a proven track record in retail leadership. The role demands coaching of Management and Associate teams, driving sales, and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of retail experience minimum.
• Two years of retail management experience minimum.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in math and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (overnight may be necessary).

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store to maximize profitability and productivity.
• Coach and motivate management and associates to align with company strategies and goals.
• Maintain in-store presentation, operations, and inventory levels to optimize the customer experience.
• Interpret policies and procedures to resolve customer and associate issues.
• Drive digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
• Communicate feedback to District or Market Manager to grow the business.
