Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in driving a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store. You will motivate the team, execute KPIs, and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include leading by example, coaching associates, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe, organized shopping environment while supporting visual directives and inventory flow.
