Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. This role requires inspiring the team with core value behaviors and ensuring execution of KPIs.

You will supervise duties and maintain visual standards while driving efficiency and a positive customer experience. The position is full-time, with 32-40 hours per week, requiring flexibility for weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused selling culture and support top-line sales.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store leadership and operations.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety programs are followed.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates and recognize top performance.
• Maintain store visuals, inventory flow and merchandise presentation.
• Foster a positive, engaging customer experience and coach team members.
