Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field.
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed while serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and service
• Coach staff on customer service principles and product knowledge to achieve business goals
• Educate team on Selling Essentials and training resources to improve selling skills
• Create a positive environment where associates are treated fairly and with dignity under the People-First Philosophy
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up and reporting using client information systems
