Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume, style-focused store in Missouri. You will drive sales, coach Supervisors and Selling Associates, and ensure operations meet brand standards.

You’ll translate brand direction into daily priorities and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand, ability to work nights and weekends, and comfort with analyzing reports to improve

Qualifications

3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment for high performance.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions on the sales floor.
Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
Provide category insights using company tools and reports.
