Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team in a competitive retail environment, driving sales targets and creating outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit and develop talent, manage operations, training, and merchandising, while modeling the Victra Greet standard and resolving customer issues.

The role offers base pay $20.00/hour with all-in pay around $29.50/hour plus bonuses and benefits; requires US work authorization and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management in commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: interviewing and hiring decisions for your store.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans.
• Own the store's numbers and sales metrics; coach in the moment.
• Manage store operations, staffing, and opening/closing activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product merchandising.
