Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Riverside, CA, to lead brand-driven customer experiences on the sales floor and coach a team to deliver outstanding results. You will own daily store performance, coach Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales and create moments that exceed shopper expectations.
