Kroger Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee store operations in Sheboygan, WI. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Experience coaching and developing associates to achieve goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to inform decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence store performance.
• Track record of driving customer experience, sales growth, and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead teams through change.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store manager and associates to enhance customer experience and sustain Kroger’s best-in-class reputation.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate results and action plans based on Associate Insight survey findings.
• Identify opportunities and develop timely solutions with department heads and staff.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and resolve issues.
• Support budget discussions and labor management to meet targets.
• Drive sales and profitability by optimizing department contributions and reducing shrink.
• Coordinate with union representatives when applicable and communicate effectively to staff.
