Kroger Co. in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Store Manager to learn and oversee the operations of all departments, while sharing responsibility for store performance in areas of operations and human resources.

You will schedule, supervise, and coach teams, safeguard safety and compliance, manage budgets and labor, drive sales, and build positive relationships with associates, vendors, and the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing associates to meet store goals.
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs and data to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a superior customer experience.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate action plans from Associate Insight results to staff.
• Identify store opportunities with department heads and implement timely solutions.
• Model inclusive leadership and uphold company values.
• Oversee store operations in the manager's absence.
• Strive to meet or exceed sales, wage, and profit budgets.
• Collaborate with department managers to maximize sales and reduce shrink.
• Discuss budgets and performance with staff and adapt plans as needed.
• Build proactive relationships with local community organizations and, if applicable, unions.
