Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive profitability, coach and develop staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all store operations.

You’ll manage scheduling, payroll, food safety standards, and vendor relationships while modeling RaceTrac’s core values of honesty, efficiency, respect and teamwork. High-volume retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.
