RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with energy and a focus on guest experience. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset with guided support from leadership.

You’ll recruit, train, and mentor team members, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across the store. This role offers growth within RaceTrac’s divisions.
