RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through coaching, scheduling, and strong operations management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required).

Responsibilities

• Effectively and accurately execute the RaceTrac store plan to ensure brand consistency and enhance guest experience.
• Foster a Guest-Obsessed culture by rallying team around a guest-focused approach and addressing concerns.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll execution to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Monitor store traffic and create effective schedules at least two weeks in advance.
• Provide feedback on performance and elevate concerns when necessary.
