Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy store team, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee up to 45 employees, build a culture of excellence, and develop strategies for operational success.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, provide continuous coaching, and manage shifting operations to meet sales and labor targets while ensuring food safety and a positive guest environment. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a winning team through coaching, feedback and mentoring.
• Drive store performance by executing operational plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure high standards in food safety and sanitation through regular checks and training.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and manage scheduling and payroll.
• Review financial statements and sales data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and compliance with company policies.
