Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager who will lead a fast-paced store, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll oversee up to 45 employees, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and guest satisfaction targets.

You will recruit, train, coach, and mentor staff, analyze store metrics, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a premier guest experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or high-volume environments.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster guest-obsessed culture and ensure exceptional guest interactions.
