Job summary

Majors Management seeks an Assistant Store Manager for an onsite role in Alabama. You will lead daily store operations, train and develop a team to provide a superior guest experience, and help meet sales goals.

Reports to the Store Manager. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, plus a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR. A dynamic, customer-focused environment awaits with opportunities to grow profitability.

Qualifications

Must have a people-first mentality and deliver great guest experiences.
Strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Good business sense and sound decision making.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR; 24/7 on-call availability.
