LOFT in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and support store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager. You will be prepared to step in as manager when needed and help maintain excellent store standards.

You will lead onboarding, develop a highly engaged team, and uphold visual and operational excellence while driving an inclusive, customer-focused environment. This role supports omnichannel shopping with available tools.

Qualifikationen

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
