Job summary

POP MART in Century City seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead from the sales floor, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while overseeing daily store operations. You will drive sales metrics, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and brand events, reporting to the Store Manager and serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

This role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture and collectibles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver exceptional store experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and manage inventory accuracy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and support store events, launches, and campaigns.
