Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Critical thinking and problem solving to address customer needs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver world-class service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain adequate staffing on the sales floor while modeling excellent customer service.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and service standards.
• Utilize training resources to educate the team on products and goals.
• Foster a positive environment aligned with the People-First philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues, including delivery and pickup, using reporting systems.
