Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the management team in delivering World-Class service and achieving sales goals. The role involves supervising the store, coaching associates, and ensuring staff coverage across all areas to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

2-3 years of retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field.
Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Full-time associates should have open availability to meet business needs; weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
Ensure appropriate staffing on the sales floor to support sales and service.
Coach staff on customer service principles and selling skills.
Utilize training resources to educate the team on product knowledge and goals.
Create a positive environment in line with the People-First philosophy.
