Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store and pharmacy operations, drive sales and protect assets while leading the team in delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience.

You will plan shifts, supervise merchandising, manage inventory, analyze performance data and coach staff to achieve KPIs. This role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or equivalent experience; pharmacy registration as required by state law and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant or RPh.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store and pharmacy operations, schedule shifts, delegate tasks.
• Monitor customer service and train team on best practices.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws; coordinate with HR.
• Develop action plans to reduce loss and improve KPIs.
