Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; trains and counsels team for improvement.
• Greets customers and clinic patients, assists with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to special needs.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Oversees cash handling, registers, and financial records.
• Manages merchandising, inventory levels, and stock control.
• Leads hiring, promotion decisions, and employee development.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards.
