Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Southlake, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will positively impact growth, lead store operations, and champion the brand as a front-line leader.

You’ll hire, train, coach, and motivate teams, drive sales and performance, manage payroll targets, and model selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior manager experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Customer-first approach with coaching and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to ensure customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive action plans and execution.
• Execute floorset directions to bring product stories to life.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate staffing and selling focus.
• Provide coaching to improve selling and customer experience.
