KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 3138-Nags Head Tanger Outlets in Nags Head, NC. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and champion a customer-centric culture across our brands.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail management experience, a hospitality mindset, and comfort with POS systems. You’ll drive results through data, build strong relationships, and support staffing and development efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.

Responsibilities
