Responsibilities

• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping and event experience using MPOS, POS, and customer service apps.
• Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling to hit store metrics and goals; provides timely feedback to build a culture of action.
• Participates as manager-on-duty, driving engagement across zones and fostering a collaborative selling environment.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to build bench strength for the store.
