Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Progress toward or completion of a bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Five years of relevant work experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Basic math skills to interpret operating reports.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions, procedures, recipes, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to achieve store goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address complaints promptly.
