Exit-76-Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and ensure outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager, supervise CSR activities in their absence, and help meet sales and financial goals while upholding company policies.

The role demands strong communication, high energy, and the ability to develop positive customer relationships; weekend and on-call availability is required as part of the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships.
• High-energy, collaborative management style with professional demeanor.
• Attend the Modern Management course and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and achievement of store goals.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and in their absence direct store activities.
• Supervise CSR activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate store employees to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain neat, clean store environment and manage store paperwork weekly.
• Attend monthly financial meetings with manager and district manager.
