Job summary

TD Bank Gloucester is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, including teller and platform activities, while driving exceptional customer service and sales support. You will lead a team of advice and service colleagues, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of risk awareness and customer trust.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles, supervisory experience, and strong communication. HS diploma required; a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Notary license preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and oversight.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery and risk management.
• Direct teller, platform operations and customer escalations in the store.
• Drive sales and advisory conversations to deepen customer relationships.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines and risk controls.
