Gopuff is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive top-line sales, and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will analyze trends, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards and profitability.

You will oversee payroll budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control, coordinating merchandising campaigns and promotions to maximize store performance. Join Team Blue and help shape the future of convenient shopping.

Formación

• 3-5 years retail store management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes overall responsibility for the store.
• Leads a team including Assistant Manager, Head Clerks, Receiving Manager, and Sales employees.
• Manages payroll budgets and store controlled expenses to ensure target contribution.
• Forecasts/reforecast business to meet sales goals and optimize staffing.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes merchandising direction, campaigns, and promotions in a timely manner.
• Enforces all company policies and procedures and maintains store standards.
