• Plan and execute merchandising direction, campaigns and promotions.
• Coach team with timely feedback and performance development.
• Forecast and adjust schedules to maximize sales.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and displays are correct.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels in a timely manner.
