Gopuff in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and drive top-line sales by analyzing business trends and historical data. You will manage a team including Assistant Manager and department heads, oversee payroll budgets and store expenses, and ensure the store contributes to targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail store management, strong communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to coach staff and optimize schedules while executing promotions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in retail store management.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall responsibility for the store.
• Creates a welcoming environment for customers and responds to inquiries.
• Drives sales, cash handling, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
• Maintains leadership presence and ensures exceptional service.
