Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, supervise staff, and drive performance. You will help develop and execute action plans, maintain stock levels, ensure product quality and signage, and support payroll and loss prevention efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with a wage increase to $26.50 in Year 2, for a full-time
