Qualifications

• Experience overseeing financial responsibilities, including budget preparation and management (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, execution of merchandising and operations to keep the store customer-ready daily.
• Develop and train store associates through formal and informal coaching.
• Drive sales, revenue and profit budgets while reducing shrink.
• Discuss and manage budgets, labor, and other store expenses with leadership teams.
• Foster inclusive leadership and strong community relationships.
• Coach direct reports and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
