Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an assistant store leader.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience overseeing budgets and financial responsibilities.
• Completion of Leadership Essentials Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in merchandising and operations to keep the store ready for customers daily.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create action plans with leaders and associates.
• Achieve sales, revenue and profit targets, and manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Coach and develop associates through formal and informal interactions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and division policies.
