Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory retail experience.
• Leadership Essentials Program completed (required).
• Bachelor's degree and additional retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in merchandising and operations to ensure the store is customer-ready daily.
• Assess and ensure the store meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders and staff to identify opportunities and develop action plans for implementation.
• Achieve or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue, and profit budgets.
