Qualifications

• Leadership Essentials Program completed (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to execute merchandising and operations to keep the store customer-ready daily.
• Ensure store meets customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, cleanliness, and safety.
• Collaborate with leaders and associates to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Achieve and monitor weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue, and profit budgets.
