Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 12 months of store management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development in store in collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Drive a service and selling culture and maximize time on the sales floor.
• Ensure store operations, HR policies, and loss prevention standards are followed.
• Analyze performance and provide timely feedback to improve store results.
