Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate sales floor and stockroom operations.
• Strong leadership presence with customer-focused mindset and collaboration.
• Familiarity with store policies, procedures, and HR-related support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets.

• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and recommends improvements.
