Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and acting on them.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners to execute.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive top-line sales through selling, zoning, and team leadership.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory to meet operational standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and execution of brand standards.
• Oversee weekly schedules of leaders and associates to optimize performance.
